Teladoc Health’s Dermatology service gives you convenient and reliable skin care for a wide range of conditions–without the wait. Dermatology makes skin care easy.

As an Alliance Member, a Dermatologist consultation is only $85.

You simply log in to your Teladoc account, request a Dermatology consult, complete the intake form, and upload digital images of your skin issue. Within two business days, you will receive a response from a board-certified dermatologist through the online message center. You can ask follow-up questions and, when medically necessary, have prescriptions sent right to your local pharmacy.

  • Dermatologists treat acute or ongoing skin conditions like Acne, Psoriasis, Eczema, Rosacea, Rash, Poison Ivy, Skin infections, Dermatitis, and more
  • Upload and share 3-5 high-quality images
  • Receive a diagnosis and treatment plan within 2 business days
  • Follow-up - Consults include one follow-up within 7 days
  • For subsequent consults, select the provider of choice (use the same provider or request a new provider)

Note: Dermatologists are not available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. A Member must submit the required information for a Dermatology Consultation and will receive a response from a Dermatologist within two (2) business days.

Video consults only in ID. In AR and DE, the first visit must be by video and future visits can be by phone or video.
